I am a project manager (PMP-certified),founder, and strategist. This page reflects the full scope of what I build. From non-profit, government and private sector-scale consulting, to wellness communities, to content that reaches thousands.
CONSULTING & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
What I’ve delivered for organizations that can’t afford to get it wrong.
I bring PMP-certified project management to complex, high-stake environments such as: government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and mission-driven organizations. My approach combines rigorous systems thinking with the kind of clear communication that keeps projects moving and stakeholders aligned.
Selected Impacts
Delivered planning efforts for MD-CJAMS, an all-in-one web and mobile application, the first-in-the-nation platform designed to analyze data across applications and provide a holistic view of citizens receiving benefits.
Tracked a $350M ERP implementation budget while monitoring 400 project resource time and attendance in support of Program Leo: ERP Migration - SAP S/4 HANA, a cloud-based digital web platform.
Regulated partner strategy by contributing to social media content production, public policy execution, event management, campaigns, and printed materials using MS Office Tools to track daily activity.
Managed the end-to-end processes of the IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO) by tracking project statuses and change requests, which resulted in a reduction of federal and state-mandated security and compliance errors and enhanced security infrastructure.

BRAND BUILDING
Two brands built from the ground up…and still growing.
HelloJenay is my personal brand built around soft structure. The philosophy that intentional systems work better than hustle. A philosophy I’ve experienced for years, first hand. What started as a newsletter has grown into a multi-platform presence spanning Substack, YouTube, Threads, TikTok, and Instagram. HelloJenay is the voice, the content, and the community for women building lives and businesses with intention.
Black Girls Who Meditate (BGWM) is a wellness community I founded for Black women centered on rest, healing, and intentional living. The tagline says it best: She Rests. She Rises. From brand identity to content strategy to community building—I built this from concept to launch. BGWM is proof that community is one the most powerful brand assets a creator can own.
