• Delivered planning efforts for MD-CJAMS, an all in one web and mobile application —the first-in-the-nation platform designed to analyze data across applications and provide a holistic view of citizens receiving benefits.

• Tracked a $350M ERP implementation budget while monitoring 400 project resource time and attendance in support of Program Leo: ERP Migration - SAP S/4 HANA, a cloud-based digital web platform.

• Regulated partner strategy by contributing to social media content production, public policy, and execution of events, campaigns, and printed materials using MS Office Tools to track daily activity.

• Managed the end-to-end process of the IT Portfolio Management Office (PMO) by tracking project statuses and change requests, which resulted in a reduction of federal and state mandated security and compliance errors and enhanced security infrastructure.
