Reflecting on 2024: Highs and Lows as a Black Woman in Project Management

As I sit down to reflect on 2024, I can’t help but feel a mix of gratitude, pride, and resolve. Navigating the world of project management as a Black woman has always come with its own set of challenges and triumphs, and this year was different. From breaking barriers to facing moments of doubt, 2024 was a year of growth, resilience, deep lessons, and lot’s of peaceful moments.
